I came to CrossFit with a heavy endurance background. I competed in long distance triathlon, road marathons, and trail ultra-marathons. After spending a lot of time in LSD and finding myself slower, heavier, and injured constantly things needed to change. CrossFit became that change.
My approach to fitness is through passion and a solid understanding of science and practical application. I'll work with you from basic range of motion to complex nutrition and training strategies for dedicated endurance athletes. No one is too unfit to begin taking the steps toward their greatest potential!

I have been competing in endurance sports for more than 15 years, and bring a simplified, pragmatic style of teaching clients effective and diverse ways to find fitness even in the most demanding schedule. I understand how hard it is to fit even 10 minutes into a day for fitness. My passion for helping others find the intrinsic motivation to achieve their potential gives me the drive to never stop striving, myself. I believe with CrossFit as my main source of exercise that I am continuing to find the best fitness of my life!
