1 hour sessions, 2 days per week for 12 weeks
My commitment:
Our 1st session together is a thorough fitness assessment that will include:
-Health History Discussion
-Body Composition to track weight, body fat, lean mass, hydration level
-Functional Movement Screening
-Locomotion & Coordination Drills
-Agility & Dynamic Strength Drills
-Bodyweight Strength Drills
-Endurance Assessment
This fitness assessment will be conducted again at the end of the 12 weeks!
Options include Personal Training or small groups from 2 – 4 people.
Sessions available Monday & Wednesday or Tuesday & Thursday
