Yes, we need to be compensated. No, we are not out to gouge you! If you can only make it 2 or 3 times a week because of our schedule, then let us know, so we offer you a schedule to meet your commitment level.     We want you to develop in functional ability to move well, no matter the task in front of you, whether a sport, occupation, or the everyday duties of family.     Here's the backbone of success in fitness:

    MOBILITY...Being able to articulate the joints of your body in the fullest range of motion (ROM) as possible, and furthermore, to increase wellness in life and play. This may be the level you stay with for some time, if you have been tight for many years. We're here to help you reclaim your natural ability to move efficiently.

    TECHNIQUE...Movement of the body should always start with a basic understanding and practice of proper technique. This means moving your body, like it was created to move, in order to do extraordinary tasks and skills. This is where it gets fun! It's about learning new skills, and accomplishing movements pain free!

    EFFICIENCY...Once you learn how to move, the question is "how fast can you move?" Adding speed to technique is the next level of conditioning for both recreational play, or competitive sports.

    RESISTANCE...Once you can use appropriate ROM, and apply solid mechanics to lifts, then we can challenge the neuro-endocrine system to adapt and grow stronger, both in conditioning and overall strength.

    Every workout is a test of these capacities against our weaknesses. This is why we get results. Don't run from weakness, TRAIN THEM! Our CrossFit program is constantly varied, so there will always be something that needs to start at the beginning of this progression. You will adapt fast, and see results within your first month!

    Through our application of this process, our clients have achieved remarkable success, in every test from max effort strength, to endurance, agility, weight loss, and overall wellness. This is why we have the following programs to suit your needs.

    Drop-in Session rate for the traveler: $15/session

    10 session punch pass: $100 (Great Gift idea!)

    CROSSFIT COLLECTIVE OPEN: This membership is for the individual who wants it all! You will be exposed to pretty much every sport skill under the sun, including progressive strength gaining cycles, and Workouts Of the Day (WOD's). This is a fairly advanced class, in the sense that you should already have gone through our "BASICS" month, and have a strong fimiliarity with just about any movement prescribed for the day. For those crazy about CrossFIt, and the competitive CrossFitter, this is your route. You WILL make gains and reach goals!

    $160/month...We have lower payment structures for less sessions per month and discount for LEO, families, and Students in this membership only. Call or email for details.

    CROSSFIT-COLLECTIVE BASICS: This is where it all begins. We strongly recommend that you start your Life after CrossFit with this 10 session membership. We will introduce and develop your technique of all foundational movements found in the OPEN sessions. These sessions are programmed to accommodate individuals who have need of greater mobilization of joints. Sessions are still 1 hour, but the WOD's are typically 20-30 minutes. This is a great gift idea, as well. This is one month of exercise, you will never regret!

    $100/month

    CROSSFIT COLLECTIVE ENDURANCE: This program is for the dedicated endurance athlete who is willing to commit to accountability to a personal coach, a weekly program, and 4 days a week of strength and condition at our facility.

    Includes:
    - Full membership to our gym, and a "open door" for bike trainer workouts, running drills, or just needing to mobilize in an inspiring setting.
    - Group CrossFit WOD's specific to the endurance athlete.
    - Endurance WOD's programmed specific to your goals, whether single sport or multi-sport.
    - Consultation time each week to give feedback to a coach, and get the following week of endurance programming
    - Invite to our up and coming CF-CE team with many benefits being developed (stay tuned)
    - Follow our program, and get gauranteed results!

    $160/month 

    CROSSFIT COLLECTIVE POWER: This program is for the individual who is after as much strength and power as they can for greater athletic goals. If you are a team sport athlete, or someone who likes CrossFit, but loves the lifts more, this is the program for you! 

    Includes:

    -3 days a week personal programming starting with the basic lifts and progressing to Olympic style weightlifting
    - Short intensive conditioning sessions that simulate demands of team sports.
    - Sport appropriate drills for the athletes' needs and weaknesses.
    - Invites and discounts to advanced Olympic weightlifting seminars.
    - Following this program will improve every area of your total fitness!

    $160/month

    CROSSFIT COLLECTIVE MOBILITY: This program is in conjunction with our very good friends and experts of mobility at Evolution Power Yoga. Spend a month or two in this membership option and feel vast improvements in joint pain, flexibility (range of motion), athletic performance, and even a sense of balance.

    The buy in:
    - 10 session punch pass membership at CrossFit Collective
    - 10 session punch pass membership at Evolution Power Yoga
