Our approach to endurance sports starts with a solid foundation of technique, strength, and intensity found in the CrossFit method of overall conditioning. Sport appropriate training, such as interval training, or durability tests, are far more potent when your body knows how to move (technique), and mantain that form (strength), and repeat it quickly (intensity).
If you want to find a training plan to get you to your first endurance event, or the hardest one you can dream of, our program will absolutely take you there, with much less chance of overuse injuries, or other compromises from high volume training.
