    RUN PERFORMANCE COACHING

    At CrossFit Collective, we understand that if you want sport specific fitness, you need general fitness skills, like balance, strength, flexibility, coordination, endurance, and so on. Those skills are developed through proper technique of basic movements, like squating, pressing, and pulling. It doesn't matter what your sport is, if you haven't solidified your foundational abilities, you're potential becomes less and less.

    "Practice does not make perfect. PERFECT practice makes perfect." Running 5 miles will not make your technique better. Running 50m with perfect form will make you a better runner at much longer distances.

    Our RUNNING PERFORMANCE COACHING will teach you to run with no brakes, efficiently "hoovering" down the road. If you have had pain, or even injury, from running in the past, then this is far more valuable than your next pair of running shoes.

    Our sessions run 90 minutes. Here's what you get:

    -Videotaped analysis with feedback on efficiency metrics (emailed to you for future reference)

    -functional mobility and strength evaluation (includes recommendations)

    -Teaching of CrossFit Endurance method of developing posture, falling, and pulling skills

    -Practice of drills and skill development under our coaching

    -6 week progressive build up of drills and workouts to perfect your long distance form.

    Fee: $100

    Follow-up Session: $50 (Includes new videotaped analysis, and evaluation of drills and skills)

    CYCYLING AND MULTI SPORT COACHING

    We are very excited to annouce that we are launching an endurance sport training and remote coaching program upon the foundations of CrossFit method. If you haven't be exposed to how effective CrossFit programming can be for the endurance athlete, then you need to come in for an intro class, a.s.a.p. Not only will you become stronger, faster, and healthier within your chosen sport, you will also be more capable of doing any type of exercise or activity, all year round. 

    In our training and coaching program, you will get to train side-by-side with other endurance athletes, and fellow "CrossFitters", as we push ourselves to our potential. It's very motivating, especially through the winter months! Perhaps best of all, your total volume of training will decrease dramatically, as we match the strength training, metabolic conditioning, and technique drills. Together, these elements dissolve useless hours of volume training, and deliver the potent ingredients for an incredible season of racing!
