    Do we really understand the concept of anaerobic training?

    New Year. New Box! New Programs! New Habits?

    Greetings all! We want to give as much clarity as possible to how quickly you can get into a new habit of life extending fitness! Our goal is to definitively increase the quality of both our new members, as well as our firebreathing elite athletes. To do this, we want to have a constantly revolving "Basics" program. Here's the bullets to make it simple:

    - All new members are required to go through (or test out) our CrossFit Collective Basics program. It last for 4 weeks, and will cover all major movements of our programming, as well as running technique, jump roping, box jumping, agility drills, and nutrition accountability. 

    - The Basics Program will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am and 5:30pm, unless arrangements are made on a personal basis.

    - All Current members are welcomed to take a "Basics" Session if they want to dial their understanding of the movements that will be coverd that day.

    - Once through, the basics program, you can opt for any of our amazing routes to success, including CrossFit Collective Open, Collective Endurance, Collective Power, and Collective Mobility. See our Programs and Priceing page for more details on each.

    - We will bend over backwards to get you to greater fitness, and health. So, if you want the best in programming, and safe, irrefutable results, call us.     Big week, short week...

    Hello Tribe!

     Here we are, at the end of another nutrition and fitness challenge. It's been a fast one, at that! I hope everyone who participated, no matter the level, was able to take yet a deeper step into holistic wellness, and progressive performance. 

    We will be conducting the Baseline WOD of "Power Helen", on Tuesday. If you remember, it is the following movements:

    3RFT
    200m Run
    21 Pull-ups
    15 Box Jumps
    12 KB Swings
    9 Burpees

     Our goal is obviously to do better than last time. There are, of course, plenty of variables that can affect this goal. Don't worry to much about what you cannot control. Consider the next three days, excellent ways to shake off any holiday stress, and get some last minute "met con" in before Thanksgiving.

     On that subject, we have decided to use this Thanksgiving season as a chance to regroup on a personal level before the big push into the new year. We will be closed Thursday through Sunday this week, but we will be posting the WOD the night before as usual. The workouts will be able to be done in the convenience of your own schedule, and your own resources (such as, the road in front of your house). I would encourage you all to find a local 5k on Thanksgiving, as they are typically a lot of fun and a motivating way of stepping up your game. If you have one that you like, email the tribe, and let everyone in on it. Friday, we will be doing a "form" of "Murph". Talk to each other, if you wan to work out together.
