Greetings all! We want to give as much clarity as possible to how quickly you can get into a new habit of life extending fitness! Our goal is to definitively increase the quality of both our new members, as well as our firebreathing elite athletes. To do this, we want to have a constantly revolving "Basics" program. Here's the bullets to make it simple:
- All new members are required to go through (or test out) our CrossFit Collective Basics program. It last for 4 weeks, and will cover all major movements of our programming, as well as running technique, jump roping, box jumping, agility drills, and nutrition accountability.
- The Basics Program will be held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6am and 5:30pm, unless arrangements are made on a personal basis.
- All Current members are welcomed to take a "Basics" Session if they want to dial their understanding of the movements that will be coverd that day.
- Once through, the basics program, you can opt for any of our amazing routes to success, including CrossFit Collective Open, Collective Endurance, Collective Power, and Collective Mobility. See our Programs and Priceing page for more details on each.
